I'm exploring what happens when intelligence is treated like compute. There's a lot more hiding in that idea than I originally expected.

I've been going deeper into Rust, systems engineering, and high-performance tooling. I like problems that stress systems. Things get interesting when the easy solution stops working.

I'm building toward the Chevron Houston Marathon in January 2027. Houston is hot, the sun and my allergies don't make it easy, and some mornings I really don't want to wake up and run.

I do it anyway.

I've been thinking a lot about agency. It's surprisingly rare. A lot of the world starts looking different once you realize you can just do things.
